Mrs. Nikki Ward

My name is Nikki Ward and I teach 1st grade. This is my first year at FES and my first year teaching 1st grade. I taught kindergarten the past two years at Danville-Neel Elementary. I am a 2005 graduate of West Point High School and a 2007 graduate of Wallace State Community College, with an AAS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I worked in that field for two years, until I became a mom and decided to stay at home with my kids. I made the decision to go back to school and graduated from Athens State University with a BS in Elementary/Collaborative Education in 2020. While I may be new to FES, my family is not new to Falkville. My husband, Seth is the Varsity football and baseball coach at FHS. We have a daughter, Harper in 8th grade and a son, Boone in 6th grade at FHS. Our youngest daughter, Tilly is in 2nd grade at FES. We absolutely love this community and I am so excited to join the FES family this year! Go Blue!
