I graduated from Cullman High in 1989 and from there went to WSCC for one year before transferring to Auburn. I graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I have two sons and three grandchildren that I absolutely adore. I have been married to Chris Self for 8 years and we live in Cullman with my elderly mother. Two years ago I graduated from UNA with my Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a 4.0. I enjoy reading, spending time with my grandchildren and husband, and I take an active role in my church. I have taught 32 years now. Ten of those in the private school and 22 here at FES.
